When I was a teen I was fortunate to grow up in a Christian home, even though my mom had to raise my sister and I on her own. She did a great job with keeping us in the Word of God. I remember I had this little black bible I use to use and when I had gotten a little older it began to fall apart. That bible made all the difference in my life and even though I made some very bad choices as a teen, I always knew that the fear of the Lord was the first step to wisdom and knowledge (Proverbs 1:7) so I always turned back to my little black book in my times of trouble, especially the book of Proverbs. I began to realize that book we call the inspired Word of God, the bible was alive and that it really could make a difference in any bodies life if they decided to follow it's principles and instructions. I began to do just that and my life was revolutionized! 

Years later when I was in Bible college and preaching out at various youth services I bought me one of those little black books again only this time in a nice goat skin and I still use it today. I wanted to re-introduce this magnificent, God breathed and inspired piece of work to a generation that really only operates in a digital world and I wanted to do it in a way that they could use it on their phones, tablets and computers. So I am developing a digital download curriculum of the book of Proverbs, for a generation of young people who really has lost touch with picking up a bible, and the book of wisdom is one that ever young person needs to have in their arsenal of everyday life.
